CHALLENGE

With a grant provided by Netflix and the LA Latino Film Festival, we were tasked with delivering a high-concept short film in just 4 months. The goal being to embark on a successful festival run.

SOLUTION

We secured additional funding via private equity and grants. Curated acting and production talent to ensure the production ran smoothly. And cut down the film from 25 to 16 minutes in order to qualify for additional festivals.

IMPACT

Over 50 festivals screened the film including Atlanta, LALIFF and Regard. Qualified for the Academy Awards, received a Telly Award for Best Directing. Achieved distribution on Tele-Quebec and is in process to be distributed on Netflix.
